ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Elliot Tracey - State Farm is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life Insurance Specialist. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the necessary support and reassurance.

As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, we are excited to expand our successful agency with your skillset. The expert who earns this role will be supported by a small, winning team here in office that is dedicated to doing all we can for our agency families, evidenced by our Google reviews. Life insurance solutions are the most important protection we provide and given our agency size, the majority of this role will involve helping existing agency families best protect their loved ones. Given the needs of our agency families, you may be required to meet with clients out of office, via video conference possibly from a home office we would help you with, and possibly outside of normal business hours; as such, there is a degree of autonomy yet opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of life sales success.

There is constant dialogue and engagement here amongst the team to learn, share, and support best practices. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult on life insurance products to customers.
  • Assist customers with life insurance applications and claims.
  • Provide customers with information on life insurance plans and options.
  • Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.
  • This position will involve in office training and work, with visits to clients as needed, with some work to be done remotely.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in life insurance sales preferred.
  • Currently licensed in PA for Life/Health sales. 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
